September is Fruit & Veggies – More Matters Month!

The ESS Wellness Committee offers this information to help you add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Remember: fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables at every occasion (including snacks); and all forms (fresh, frozen, canned, dried, and 100% juice) count toward your daily intake.
